Handcrafted in the USA and case-hardened for durability, every surface is ground parallel and perpendicular to a .0002 tolerance. The secure and stable hold allows for confident measurement results.

Tolerance: Engineered to maintain a precision tolerance of ±.0002 inches for high-accuracy applications.
Capacity for 1″ Blocks: Capable of holding cylindrical workpieces from .030 inches to .625 inches in diameter.
Capacity for 2″ Blocks: Suitable for larger cylindrical workpieces with diameters ranging from .062 inches to 1.250 inches.

In addition to our 1″ and 2″ V-Blocks, matched sets are available on request for an additional charge of $100.00.
Our ultra-precision V-Blocks are perfect for any industry that needs to hold tight tolerances.

NTM Inc. will accept any catalog item for return in New Unused Condition within 30 days of shipment for account credit. A 20% Restocking fee will apply after 30 days. No returns will be accepted on catalog items after 90 days. NTM Inc. will not accept returns on any Non-Catalog / Special tooling.
NTM Inc. guarantees Braze on all Stubby® Boring Bars and will replace or re-head any returned Boring Bar inspected by NTM and deemed a manufacturer defect. No credits will be issued.
NTM Inc. guarantees all specials to be made to customer approved print. Please notify NTM within 30 days of receipt of tools of any issues or problems and NTM will re-work or re-make tools if they are not to customer approved print. No credits will be issued on Special Tooling.
