Rick Anderson is the Delivery Driver for NTM and also works in our Shipping Department. Rick has been with NTM since 2004. Prior to working for NTM, Rick delivered Printers & Copiers for a local company. Rick and his wife Julie live in Mounds View, MN with their cat Patches. They have been married for over 30 years and enjoy taking trips to explore Northern MN.

Byron is Shipping Lead at NTM Inc. Byron has worked at NTM since 1985. Byron worked in various manufacturing jobs for 10 years prior to joining the NTM Team. Byron and his wife Diane have been married for 17 years and together have 4 Grown children, 11 Grandchildren, and 1 Great Grand Child. They spend a lot of time watching their grandkids in their sporting events including Hockey, Soccer, Baseball & Football. Byron enjoys Street Rod’s, Hot Rod’s, Drag Racing & Motorcycles. In his spare time Byron enjoys car shows, shooting sports and fishing, Byron is also an avid Vikings and Twins fan and enjoys watching the games with his friends and family.

Lisa joined NTM as a Customer Service Representative in March 2019. Prior to NTM, Lisa worked in the healthcare insurance industry for over 15 years.

Lisa enjoys working with customers and strives to provide excellent customer service to all. In her spare time Lisa enjoys cooking, walking and hanging out with friends and family.

Todd Robyn is our New Tool Lead and Quotes our Indexable Specials and Boring Bar Specials. Todd has worked for NTM for 28 years. Todd was hired as a welder in our Tool Repair department, and transitioned into our New Indexable Tool Department. Todd and his wife Kelly have one daughter Sophia who is going into the ninth grade this year. Todd and his family enjoy camping and four wheeling together near Danbury Wisconsin on the weekends.

Kelly Severson is our Customer Service for Stubby® and also the Buyer for NTM Inc. Kelly started at NTM in September 1996 as the receptionist and has worn many hats over the years. Kelly is known by many as the “Voice” of NTM since her voice has been on our phone system since she started. Kelly is always eager to help with any questions our customers might have. In her free time, Kelly enjoys camping and 4-wheeling with her husband and hanging out with Friends and Family. You may even catch her playing a game of pool, and we’ve heard she’s quite good.

Ariel Her is our Office Manager. Ariel has been with NTM since December 2018 and is responsible for all administrative duties, account receivables, account payables, and HR. Ariel grew up in Forest Lake and attended the University of Minnesota – Duluth in 2015 where she met her significant other, Sam. Ariel & Sam currently reside in Coon Rapids, MN. Ariel has a total of 7 siblings; 5 sisters and 2 brothers. In addition, Ariel is an aunt to 2 nieces and 9 nephews.

In her spare time, Ariel enjoys painting, fitness, and spending quality time with family.

Ryan Malik is our Tool Grinding Manager. Ryan started at NTM in 1993 while he was in high school working as a tool grinder. Ryan lives in Blaine, MN with his wife Amy and their two kids . They have been married for 16 years. Ryan enjoys cars and also recently started boating with his family

Eddie Engesether is our Quality Control Manager. Eddie started working at NTM in 1996 in our CNC Machining Department. In 2004 Eddie transitioned to our Inspection Department and in 2006 he became our Quality Control Manager.

In his spare time, Eddie enjoys Hunting, Fishing, Golfing, and Watching sports.

Tom Treuenfels is our Director of Operations. Tom has been with NTM since 2018. Tom has a Mechanical Engineering degree and over 25 years of experience in metal fabrication and machining.

Tom lives in New Brighton with his wife and three kids. In his spare time, Tom enjoys camping with his family in their 1971 Airstream trailer.

Barb started in 2011 as a board member for NTM Inc., and became President, CEO 2016. Prior to working at NTM, Barb enjoyed working from home. Barb lives in Andover with her husband Dan of 34 years. They have 4 daughters and 1 granddaughter. The family enjoys going to their cabin in Deer River where they like to hunt, fish and snowmobile. They have a French Brittany named Eydie and an orange tabby cat named Odie.

Stacey Gage is our National Sales Manager. Stacey started at NTM in 2008 in our grinding department. Stacey worked for 10 years doing various roles in banking including CSM and also works for 10 years in Industrial Distribution before coming to NTM. Stacey Lives in Princeton, MN with her husband Jeff. They have been married for over 30 years and have 4 adult children and 6 grandchildren to keep them busy. In her spare time, Stacey loves spending time with her family and spoiling her grandkids. She also likes to go to concerts with her husband Jeff. Her favorites were seeing The Eagles and Zach Brown Band.
