NTM is grateful to partner with Anoka Technical College and to support the Dual Pipeline Training Program offered by the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry. Being able to offer continuing education options to our workforce is critical to attracting and retaining the best employees!

NTM is also proud to recognize employees Jacob Daas, Patrick Kehoe, and Mark Kuphal for completion of Manufacturing Basics through Anoka Technical College/Anoka-Ramsey Community College. Additional NIMS certifications earned include Job Planning, Benchwork and Layout, and Measurements, Materials, and Safety in accordance with Machining Level 1.
We are an On The Job Training Job Shop, a supporter of higher education, and building our own workforce while promoting the Machine Trades Industry.
These employees worked full-time and attended school two evenings a week to earn these credits.
